Mayazeen guarantees your right to exchange or return products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the items are in their original condition at the time of purchase, unused, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

The shipping company’s policy allows opening the package upon delivery. You can receive your order with confidence, as Mayazeen fully guarantees your rights in accordance with the stated policy.

In case of return, the refund will be processed via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer within 7 to 14 days from the date the shipping company receives and inspects the product.

This policy does not apply to discounted models.
